OSCE and CBM Present New Legal Framework for Youth and Local Youth Councils

On December 10th, the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, in cooperation with Community Building Mitrovica (CBM), held an informative workshop where the new legal framework for youth and the role of Local Youth Councils according to Regulation No. 09/2024 were presented.

Representatives of youth NGOs and activists from both South and North Mitrovica showed great interest in the new legislation and received detailed guidance from OSCE youth experts and the Ministry of Culture, Youth, and Sports (MKRS).

The OSCE Mission in Kosovo, together with CBM, confirmed their ongoing support for the empowerment of youth and the development of youth structures in municipalities, helping them become active participants in local decision-making.
